For Original Fine Art, Paintings & Studio Ceramics
All works offered by TIDO ART are original artworks. Each piece is handmade, unique, and exists as a single, irreplaceable item.
For this reason, all sales are final.

Change-of-Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind.
Once an artwork has been purchased, it is considered sold.

Transit Damage
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Please provide:clear images of the outer parcelshipping labelinternal packagingthe damage to the artworkUpon assessment, and where the claim is approved, we will offer either:a refund, ora replacement (where applicable — most artworks are one-of-one and a replacement may not be possible)TIDO ART will lodge the carrier damage claim (Australia Post) on behalf of the buyer.

Authenticity
All artworks sold by TIDO ART are guaranteed authentic.
Documentation may be supplied where relevant.

Returns Procedure (where authorised)
If a return has been formally approved in writing:return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyerthe artwork must be packaged to equivalent or higher protection than it was received inrefunds are processed only once the work is safely returned to TIDO ART
